Highlights:
Crow Wing County septic rules are low-key shaping the party scene (yep, the septic system determines how many can stay overnight 🤯).
State laws are stricter on resorts (no private hot tubs in hotel rooms!)—but not so much on private rentals.
87 counties = Madden’s primary guest base. Local reach can go global when the brand is strong. 💥
