This Friday, NativeCare is officially expanding! I can’t help but realize the uniqueness of Minnesota’s cannabis market when seeing a tribal-run cannabis dispensary open in Thief River Falls. It lends credence to the belief that the state of Minnesota has a homogeneous cannabis culture up and down the state thanks to the progress that tribes, such as Red Lake Nation are making in their organization.
